While this event is mainly geared around Ford Broncos, we warmly welcome all Ford Broncos and Pickups for sale, display, and just pieces and parts. Special interest Ford and Ford-powered vehicles also welcomed.
The event has averaged 70-75 vendors selling about every kind of part and pieces imaginable, as well as complete vehicles.
Over 1,000 people attend the event each year!
Preregistration is mandatory for vending!

Vendor Information and Registration
Outdoor parts sales spaces are as follows:
- Single – 12’ X 25’ = $50.00
- Double – 12’ X 60’ = $60.00
- Unlimited – 30’ X 60’ = $80.00
(Unlimited spaces sell out fast!) - Indoor spaces available as well, same size and price as outdoor spaces.
All rates include 2 adult admissions
Prices will increase $10.00 each after April 26, 2024
Setup times are as follows:
- Friday night, May 3, 2024. 3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
- Saturday morning, May 4, 2024. 7:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.
It is best to get there before 9:00 A.M. on Saturday to set up.
The event is on “Rain or Shine”. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule due to many reservations.
Notes
- You can put anything in your space you want to sell.
- Vehicles can be sold on swap spaces as well.
- All swap spaces outdoors are in a secured fenced in area – items and vehicles brought in Friday night will be safe overnight.
- Refunds from cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Preregistration and payment are mandatory. It will guarantee your space.
- Confirmation will be emailed/called out after payment is received.

Both motels are only 2 miles from the fairgrounds.
Vehicle Sales Information
Vehicle sales spaces are approx. 12’ X 20’ and cost $25.00
All rates include 2 adult admissions
Prices will increase $10.00 each after April 26, 2024
You may only park a vehicle for sale in this space (no parts).

Show & Shine Information
Show trucks are gladly welcomed at no charge to show, just the adult entry fee of $8.00 per person.
- No need to register them, just show up.
- Sorry, no awards will be given out.
- No show vehicles allowed inside the fence until 9:00 am on the Saturday unless you’re a registered vendor.
